I have to say, that Evans Halshaw Sighthill Edinburgh (Renault), has to be the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
It is all but impossible to get through to the Service Department, over a 3 week period, I got through once, and the only other way I got to speak to them was by complaining to the Head Office and then I received a call from the Service Manager.
They are rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful.
I have to say, it's one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered in an capacity.
